By confirmation of your booking, you agree to all the terms and conditions as set out below:
- Tour Inclusions: As specified on Rate Sheet
- Payment: SEIT Tours will require full payment 30 days BEFORE touring commences unless otherwise negotiated.
- Agents are offered commissionable rates on application.
- Credit Card Payments incur 1% fee.
For bookings with Language Guide. Please be aware that while – SEIT Tours endeavours to provide language guides where requested, in cases of unforeseen circumstances out of SEIT Tours’ control and in the event a language guide cannot be provided, the tour will be conducted in English with language translation iPods.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- SEIT Tours operates these and other tours into remote and isolated areas SEIT Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries, accommodation, and transport in any way that may be necessary due to changes in the road, weather, cultural reasons, mechanical defects or any change in operational conditions.
- Any personal expenses incurred by clients as a result of any delay or alteration of any tour due to reasons listed above are the responsibility of the client. Arrival and departure times are not guaranteed and SEIT Tours will strive to run all tours to meet transport connections, however, will not be responsible for failure to make a connection with any other services due to circumstances beyond our control.
- SEIT Tours will not accept any responsibility for any injury or loss of any type arising in any manner as a result of negligence or otherwise, for any product or operator not operated by SEIT Tours
- We strongly recommend that you arrange adequate travel insurance to protect against sickness/accident; loss of luggage and any costs incurred including cancellation charges.
- SEIT Tours provides experiences by a third party and takes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising in any manner as the result of negligence from this third party.
- Sunset tours operated by SEIT Tours will include 2 standard drinks per person per tour.
- By way of Government and company regulations, smoking is prohibited inside our vehicles.
CHILD RATES – RED CENTRE TOURS
Child rates apply to children 5-15 years inclusive. Infant rates – apply to infants 0-4 years inclusive. Where required by law, a child restraint will be supplied at a cost of $60 per child seat, per tour.
CANCELLATION FEES – FIT ONLY – RED CENTRE TOURS
- Outside 72 hours: 5% admin fee
- Within 72 hours: 50% of the tour fee
- Less than 48 hours: 100% of the tour fee
A change of tour fee ($50) will apply if requested within 48 hours of commencement of tour. Valid from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024
CHILD RATES – DAINTREE DREAMING TOURS
Children’s ages 4-14 inclusive. Children under the age of 4 are not recommended for Daintree Dreaming tours.
CANCELLATION FEES – FIT ONLY – DAINTREE DREAMING TOURS
- Within 7 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour fee
- Within 48 hours: 100% of the tour fee
